Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (15oz) jar pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch casserole dish by lightly greasing it.
  3. Chop each biscuit into quarters and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix the biscuit pieces with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add your desired pizza toppings and gently stir.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with additional mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are cooked and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
