- 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 (15oz) jar pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pizza toppings of choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch casserole dish by lightly greasing it.
- Chop each biscuit into quarters and place in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the biscuit pieces with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Add your desired pizza toppings and gently stir.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are cooked and cheese is bubbling.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
