A vibrant and refreshing blue raspberry lemonade that turns any ordinary day into a colorful celebration.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water, divided
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup
  • 1 cup lemon juice—fresh or bottled
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 small lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the simple syrup: In a medium saucepan, heat 1 cup of the water over medium heat. Add the granulated sugar and stir until it’s fully dissolved. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. Mix the lemonade base: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled simple syrup and the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add the blue raspberry syrup: Slowly mix in the blue raspberry syrup.
  4. Dilute with water: Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water and give it a gentle stir.
  5. Chill and serve: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill, or add ice cubes directly.
  6. Enjoy! Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with lemon slices.

Notes

For an effervescent twist, substitute sparkling water for some of the still water. You can also freeze additional blue raspberry syrup in ice cube trays for a fun touch.
