Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by draining and rinsing the black beans. Slice your avocado and have your tortillas ready.
  2. Heat your pan: Drizzle a small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Assemble your quesadilla: Lay a tortilla flat in the skillet and sprinkle cheese on one half. Add black beans, avocado slices, and seasoning.
  4. Fold and cook: Carefully fold the tortilla and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
