Ingredients

  • 1 pound of salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces (roughly 1-2 inches).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and mix in the minced garlic.
  3. Add the melted garlic butter over the salmon pieces, along with the lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Prepare your air fryer by preheating it to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the salmon bites for about 7-10 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Try marinating for 30 minutes for deeper flavors. Serve with a side salad or quinoa for a complete meal.
