Ingredients

- 1 pound of salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep your salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces (roughly 1-2 inches).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and mix in the minced garlic.
- Add the melted garlic butter over the salmon pieces, along with the lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare your air fryer by preheating it to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the salmon bites for about 7-10 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Try marinating for 30 minutes for deeper flavors. Serve with a side salad or quinoa for a complete meal.
