- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Peel and dice fresh mangoes into chunks or thaw frozen mangoes for blending.
- Blend the magic: Combine mango chunks, vanilla yogurt (or skyr), and maple syrup (or honey) in a blender until silky smooth.
- Mold it up: Pour the mango blend into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top, insert sticks, and freeze.
- Freeze time: Let popsicles freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
- Release the popsicles: Run warm water over the molds to easily unmold the popsicles.
