- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 5 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4–5 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Activate the yeast by pouring warm water into a mixing bowl, sprinkling sugar over it, then adding yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Combine the flour and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the melted butter into the yeast mixture, then combine with the flour mixture to form a rough dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- First rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Shape the rolls by dividing the dough into 12 portions and rolling each into a ball, placing them in a greased dish.
- Second rise: Cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make the garlic butter by melting remaining butter and stirring in minced garlic.
- Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
