Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, toss the rolled oats, chia seeds, and poppy seeds together.
- Mix in the wet ingredients: Add the plant-based yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
