Instructions

- Add Chia Seeds and Zest: Sprinkle in the chia seeds and lemon zest, stirring gently. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
- Stir and Refrigerate: After 5 minutes, give it another stir and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Check the Consistency: After chilling, check the pudding. If too thick, stir in more almond milk to adjust.
