Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare your pizza dough, letting it come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes if store-bought, or roll it out if homemade.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Add the sliced jalapeños generously over the creamy surface.
  6. Top with Monterey Jack and mozzarella cheese, ensuring complete coverage.
