Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
3–4 green onions, chopped
2 fresh jalapeños, diced (use more for extra heat)
1 pack real bacon bits
1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns (thawed slightly)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, chicken, jalapeños, green onions, bacon bits, and hash browns until well combined.
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Top with extra cheese and green onions.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden cheesy edges.
