Description

A vibrant pasta salad bringing the classic flavors of an Italian grinder sandwich to your table, perfect for warm days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of rotini or penne pasta
  • 6 ounces of dice salami
  • 6 ounces of diced ham
  • 6 ounces of sliced pepperoni
  • 8 ounces of cubed provolone cheese
  • 2 cups of halved or diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup of sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup of creamy dressing, homemade or store-bought

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Toss in your pasta and cook it per package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. Prepare the ingredients by dicing the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone into bite-sized pieces, and halve the tomatoes.
  3. Mix the dressing, either homemade or store-bought, to your preference.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, drizzling the creamy dressing over the mixture.
  5. Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
