Ingredients

- 1 pound of rotini or penne pasta
- 6 ounces of dice salami
- 6 ounces of diced ham
- 6 ounces of sliced pepperoni
- 8 ounces of cubed provolone cheese
- 2 cups of halved or diced tomatoes
- ½ cup of sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup of creamy dressing, homemade or store-bought
Instructions
- Cook the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Toss in your pasta and cook it per package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- Prepare the ingredients by dicing the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone into bite-sized pieces, and halve the tomatoes.
- Mix the dressing, either homemade or store-bought, to your preference.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, drizzling the creamy dressing over the mixture.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
