  • 2 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with a little butter.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula.
  5. Fold in the diced peaches.
  6. Prepare the crumble by mixing brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and cold butter until resembling coarse crumbs.
  7. Divide the muffin batter among the muffin cups, and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the muffins to cool before transferring to a wire rack.
