A super simple and delicious snack that’s nutritious and customizable, perfect for warm days or a sweet craving.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line a baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Your Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup.
  3. Spread It Out: Pour the yogurt mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Add the Goodies: Sprinkle mixed berries, nuts/seeds, and chocolate chips on top of the yogurt layer.
  5. Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until fully set.
  6. Slice and Serve: Remove from the freezer, lift out using parchment overhang, and cut into pieces.
  7. Enjoy: Serve right away or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different fruits and toppings, and use non-dairy yogurt to make it vegan-friendly.
