- 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Line a baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Your Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup.
- Spread It Out: Pour the yogurt mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Add the Goodies: Sprinkle mixed berries, nuts/seeds, and chocolate chips on top of the yogurt layer.
- Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until fully set.
- Slice and Serve: Remove from the freezer, lift out using parchment overhang, and cut into pieces.
- Enjoy: Serve right away or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
