Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, cabbage, etc.)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients.
- Make the dressing by whisking together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Toss the greens and shredded carrots in a large bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken and fold it in gently.
- Top with sliced almonds and green onions, then toss again.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Finish with chopped cilantro and give it one last toss.
- Plate the salad in a serving bowl or plate.
