Description
A refreshing iced beverage combining pineapple, mint, and green tea, perfect for summer days.
Ingredients

- 6 cups water
- 4 organic green tea bags
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Instructions
- Boil the water in a large pot or kettle. Once it reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat.
- Steep the tea bags in the hot water for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sprigs of fresh mint to the tea and let them steep for an extra 5 minutes.
- Stir in the honey while the tea is still warm.
- Mix in the pineapple juice and the juice of the lime or lemon.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra mint or a slice of pineapple.
Notes
This drink can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Adjust the sweetness by adding more lime or lemon juice as needed.
