- 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1–2 tablespoons hot honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (for extra heat, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, rolling it into your desired shape.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top of the dough.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly across the dough.
- Add shredded mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Finishing touches with hot honey and fresh basil before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, consider pre-baking the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
