  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, onion, cucumber, and herbs.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve in wraps, sandwiches, lettuce cups, or over salad greens.
