Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the Corn: Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the corn and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Alternatively, grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, rotating occasionally.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic, stirring for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix in Parmesan: Remove the garlic butter from heat and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Drain and Coat the Corn: Drain the corn, then generously coat each ear with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
- Finish with Parsley: Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Notes
Great served with grilled meats, salads, or pasta. You can also make it vegan by substituting butter with vegan butter and using nutritional yeast.
