- Marshmallow Fluff
- Chocolate Ice Cream
- Chocolate Chips
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your workspace by clearing a flat surface and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the marshmallow fluff with about half a cup of chocolate chips in a bowl until combined.
- Build the sandwiches by spreading the marshmallow fluff-chocolate mixture on a graham cracker, followed by a generous scoop of chocolate ice cream.
- Seal with another graham cracker and press down gently.
- Keep the sandwiches cool by placing them on the lined baking sheet and freezer for at least 120-180 minutes.
