Rich, fudgy, and utterly chocolatey flourless brownies made with ripe bananas and peanut butter.

- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined.
- Sweeten the mixture with maple syrup (or honey) and a pinch of salt; stir well.
- Incorporate the cocoa powder and baking powder until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can freeze for three months.
