Ingredients

- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 tablespoon acai powder
- 1 cup oat milk or almond milk
- 1 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Blend the frozen banana, frozen blueberries (or mixed berries), Greek yogurt, protein powder, acai powder, and oat or almond milk in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the acai mixture and adjust sweetness with honey or agave if desired.
- Pour your acai mixture into a bowl and smooth out the top.
- Sprinkle granola on top, and arrange sliced banana, strawberries, and extra blueberries for garnish.
- Drizzle with honey, and finish with chia seeds and bee pollen if using.
