- 1 package frozen Cheddar Pierogies
- 4 cups Creamy Chicken Broth (or vegetable broth)
- 1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Onion, diced (optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced (optional)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients for smoother cooking.
- Layer the bottom of the crockpot with frozen cheddar pierogies.
- Add the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies.
- Sprinkle diced onion and minced garlic over the kielbasa.
- Pour in the creamy chicken broth over the layers.
- Season with salt and pepper, and stir gently.
- Add half of the cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Finish with the remaining cheddar cheese 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives. Serve alongside a green salad or steamed veggies.
