- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (1 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash your cucumbers thoroughly under running water. Slice them thin—about 1/8 inch thick.
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Combine the ranch seasoning with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the cucumber slices to the bowl, and toss them gently until completely coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated cucumber slices out in a single layer.
- Bake for about 60 to 90 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Cool them on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh; can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or two.
