Description

Crispy, refreshing cucumber chips tossed in ranch seasoning for a delightful snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (1 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash your cucumbers thoroughly under running water. Slice them thin—about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  3. Combine the ranch seasoning with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cucumber slices to the bowl, and toss them gently until completely coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated cucumber slices out in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 60 to 90 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool them on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or two.
