- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prep your broccoli by rinsing and chopping it into bite-sized florets, then blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and drain.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Mix the shredded chicken, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing, and half of the crispy bacon in a large bowl.
- Add the blanched broccoli and gently fold it in.
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it, then pour in the mixture.
- Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese and the rest of the bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve after cooling for 5-10 minutes.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with tempeh or chickpeas. It can be made in advance and stored in the fridge before baking.
