Description

A delightful chicken salad wrap that combines tender shredded chicken with creamy dressing, crunchy veggies, and sweet grapes, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wraps or tortillas
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Shred the chicken using two forks or your hands until bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the dressing by combining mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
  3. Mix in the shredded chicken ensuring it is well-coated with the dressing.
  4. Add the celery, red onion, and grapes, gently folding them in without squishing the grapes.
  5. Fill the wrap or tortilla with a generous portion of the chicken salad mixture, adding lettuce if desired.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve fresh or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.

Notes
