- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wraps or tortillas
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Shred the chicken using two forks or your hands until bite-sized pieces.
- Make the dressing by combining mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
- Mix in the shredded chicken ensuring it is well-coated with the dressing.
- Add the celery, red onion, and grapes, gently folding them in without squishing the grapes.
- Fill the wrap or tortilla with a generous portion of the chicken salad mixture, adding lettuce if desired.
- Roll the wrap tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve fresh or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.
Notes
This wrap can be made ahead of time and is perfect for meal prep. Add grapes closer to serving time to keep them fresh.
