Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add your choice of pasta. Cook according to the package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain and Cool: Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Prep the Chicken: Chop or shred grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chicken, and chopped romaine.
  5. Dress It Up: Pour in the Caesar dressing and mix to coat everything evenly.
  6. Add Cheese and Croutons: Gently fold in the Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  7. Season to Taste: Sprinkle salt and pepper as needed, and adjust seasoning to preference.
  8. Chill Before Serving: Let the salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
