- 8 oz Pasta (Rotini, Penne, or Fusilli)
- 2 cups Grilled Chicken
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup Croutons
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add your choice of pasta. Cook according to the package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain and Cool: Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Prep the Chicken: Chop or shred grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chicken, and chopped romaine.
- Dress It Up: Pour in the Caesar dressing and mix to coat everything evenly.
- Add Cheese and Croutons: Gently fold in the Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Season to Taste: Sprinkle salt and pepper as needed, and adjust seasoning to preference.
- Chill Before Serving: Let the salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a twist, add diced tomatoes or bell peppers. Serve chilled with extra Parmesan on top.
