- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain.
- Add the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, and half of the cheese to the skillet. Stir until warmed through.
- Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, tossing until fully coated.
- Crumble the bacon into the pasta mixture and stir to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover the skillet until melted.
- Serve warm, topped with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Customize with added veggies, or protein swaps like shrimp or chickpeas.
