Description

Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna with layers of pasta, tender chicken, and cheesy goodness, all smothered in rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups Cooked chicken
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach (optional)
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles in salted water according to package instructions until al dente, drain and lay them on a towel.
  3. Prepare the rotisserie chicken by shredding it or cooking your own.
  4. Mix the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish starting with Alfredo sauce, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, spinach, mozzarella, and repeating layers.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with a side salad and warm garlic bread for an ultimate dinner experience.
