- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 ½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Scoop out servings and enjoy!
Notes
For added texture, reserve some blueberries to fold in after blending. Top with fresh blueberries or granola for extra flavor.
