Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  5. Scoop out servings and enjoy!

Notes
