A delicious fusion of crab rangoon and pizza that combines creamy crab filling with a crispy crust.

- 16 oz fresh raw pizza dough (room temperature)
- 2 TBS yellow cornmeal (optional)
- 6 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan, divided
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 oz flaked crab meat (fresh or imitation)
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fried wonton strips for topping
- Sweet chili sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and let it heat up while we prep.
- Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out into a circle or rectangle shape.
- Sprinkle yellow cornmeal onto your baking sheet or pizza stone to prevent sticking.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then stir in green onions, half of the Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and crab meat until combined.
- Spread the creamy crab filling over the dough, leaving an inch of crust around the edge.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and remaining Parmesan over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Garnish with crispy wonton strips immediately after removing from oven.
- Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the top.
- Slice and serve after cooling for a couple of minutes.
Notes
Feel free to customize with additions like buffalo sauce or veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheating in the oven is recommended.
