  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Combine the melted butter and chocolate with granulated sugar and brown sugar.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, salt, and cornstarch.
  6. Add the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
