- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, adding the garlic and onion powders.
- Add the drained corn to the mixture.
- Combine in 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese.
- Assemble the mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with tater tots in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Garnish with remaining cheese and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
