- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast your bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet.
- Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper, cooking them slowly in a non-stick skillet.
- Mix the cottage cheese with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Assemble the toast with a layer of cottage cheese and top with scrambled eggs.
- Add sriracha on top.
- Garnish with microgreens or sliced green onions if desired.
