Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients in one place, and don’t forget a trusty blender!
- Juice the limes by rolling them on the countertop and squeezing out about a cup of fresh juice.
- Pour the coconut milk and lime juice into your blender. Add in the sugar and white rum if desired.
- Toss in the ice cubes. Use frozen coconut milk ice cubes for added flavor.
- Blend on high until well combined and frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding additional sugar or lime juice.
- Pour your Coconut Lemonade into chilled glasses and garnish with a lime slice and mint if desired.
