Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep the apples by washing and dicing them into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with cinnamon and sugar, letting them soak up the flavors for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the yogurt in a bowl until creamy. Thin it slightly with milk or honey if using Greek yogurt.
  3. Layer the parfait by starting with yogurt at the bottom, then adding diced apples, followed by granola. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nuts.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving to meld the flavors.
