- 2 apples, diced

- 1 cup granola
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the apples by washing and dicing them into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with cinnamon and sugar, letting them soak up the flavors for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt in a bowl until creamy. Thin it slightly with milk or honey if using Greek yogurt.
- Layer the parfait by starting with yogurt at the bottom, then adding diced apples, followed by granola. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
- Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nuts.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving to meld the flavors.
Notes
You can prepare parfaits a few hours in advance; just keep the granola separate until serving.
