- 1 Baguette
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- Mint Leaves (optional) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- Lay the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat together the cream cheese and Nutella in a medium bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Wash and slice the strawberries into thin rounds.
- Spread a generous dollop of whipped Nutella cream cheese onto each toasted baguette slice.
- Place the sliced strawberries atop the Nutella cream cheese.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Best served fresh. Prepare components ahead, but toast bread right before serving.
