Description

A delightful dessert featuring whipped Nutella cream cheese and fresh strawberries on crispy baguette slices.


Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Mint Leaves (optional) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  3. Lay the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Beat together the cream cheese and Nutella in a medium bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Wash and slice the strawberries into thin rounds.
  6. Spread a generous dollop of whipped Nutella cream cheese onto each toasted baguette slice.
  7. Place the sliced strawberries atop the Nutella cream cheese.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Best served fresh. Prepare components ahead, but toast bread right before serving.
