A delicious twist on traditional pizza, combining the flavors of chicken Caesar salad with a crispy crust.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Croutons for topping
- Extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a 1/2 inch thick circular shape.
- Bake the chicken base for about 15 minutes until cooked and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the baked crust and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until melted.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and cherry tomatoes.
- Top the cheesy crust with the romaine mixture, croutons, and extra Parmesan.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Serve with extra Caesar dressing or a light fruit salad for a refreshing touch.
