Description

A delicious twist on traditional pizza, combining the flavors of chicken Caesar salad with a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Croutons for topping
  • Extra Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a 1/2 inch thick circular shape.
  4. Bake the chicken base for about 15 minutes until cooked and lightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the baked crust and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until melted.
  6. In a bowl, combine the chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Top the cheesy crust with the romaine mixture, croutons, and extra Parmesan.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Serve with extra Caesar dressing or a light fruit salad for a refreshing touch.
