- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing it if not already done.
- Toss the mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken, blueberries, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced red onions.
- Sprinkle in the chopped nuts if using.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.
