  • 1 1/2 cups orzo
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups colby jack cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken broth and water in a medium-sized pot. Bring it to a gentle boil.
  2. Pour in the orzo and stir. Cook uncovered on medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, until al dente.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, add butter, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
