- 1 raw carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients by peeling and chopping your carrot.
- Add your chopped carrot into the blender, followed by the ripe banana and pineapple chunks.
- Pour in the coconut milk into the blender.
- Mix in your Greek yogurt next.
- Add the cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Sweeten it up with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Ice it up by tossing in a few ice cubes and blend.
- Taste and adjust the flavors as needed.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use less coconut milk or add frozen fruits. Garnish with shredded carrot or nuts for added texture.
