A vibrant and nutritious Carrot Cake Smoothie that combines the delicious flavors of carrot cake with fresh fruits and veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 raw carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients by peeling and chopping your carrot.
  2. Add your chopped carrot into the blender, followed by the ripe banana and pineapple chunks.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk into the blender.
  4. Mix in your Greek yogurt next.
  5. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg.
  6. Sweeten it up with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  7. Ice it up by tossing in a few ice cubes and blend.
  8. Taste and adjust the flavors as needed.
  9. Blend on high until smooth.
  10. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less coconut milk or add frozen fruits. Garnish with shredded carrot or nuts for added texture.
