Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Blend the dates: Toss the pitted dates into a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste.
  3. Add walnuts and carrots: Throw in the walnuts and shredded carrots. Pulse until mixed but still has some texture.
  4. Spice it up: Add cinnamon, nutmeg, oats (if using), coconut oil, and salt. Blend until well combined.
