- 1 large chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the chicken, seasoning it with salt and pepper and roast until cooked, then shred.
- Mix the chicken with the Caesar dressing.
- Assemble the pizza crust on a baking sheet and layer with the chicken mixture.
- Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then top with Parmesan cheese.
- Pop the pizza into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare the salad topping by chopping romaine and halving tomatoes.
- Finish by adding the salad to the pizza and drizzle with extra Caesar dressing.
- Slice and enjoy your pizza!
