Description

A delicious blend of Chicken Caesar Salad and pizza, featuring crispy crust topped with tender chicken, Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, and cherry tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken, seasoning it with salt and pepper and roast until cooked, then shred.
  3. Mix the chicken with the Caesar dressing.
  4. Assemble the pizza crust on a baking sheet and layer with the chicken mixture.
  5. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pop the pizza into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Prepare the salad topping by chopping romaine and halving tomatoes.
  8. Finish by adding the salad to the pizza and drizzle with extra Caesar dressing.
  9. Slice and enjoy your pizza!
