Instructions

  1. Prepare the Broccoli: Wash and chop the fresh broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Steam lightly if preferred.
  2. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the sliced bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Chop Your Veggies: Slice the red onion thinly, soaking in cold water if necessary.
  4. Toast the Almonds: In the same skillet, toast the sliced almonds until golden brown.
  5. Make the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
