Instructions
- Prepare the Broccoli: Wash and chop the fresh broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Steam lightly if preferred.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the sliced bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
- Chop Your Veggies: Slice the red onion thinly, soaking in cold water if necessary.
- Toast the Almonds: In the same skillet, toast the sliced almonds until golden brown.
- Make the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Combine Everything: In a large bowl, mix broccoli, crispy bacon, red onion, and toasted almonds. Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
