- 2 Large Jars of Maraschino Cherries (with Stems, 30 – 33 count)
- 1 package of Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 1/2 cup of Malibu Rum
- Bright Blue Sanding Sugar
Instructions
- Begin by carefully draining your maraschino cherries and placing them on a paper towel.
- Place the drained cherries in a bowl and pour the rum over them, covering the bowl with plastic wrap.
- Melt the Ghirardelli white chocolate in a microwave-safe dish in short bursts.
- Take each rum-soaked cherry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- While the chocolate is wet, sprinkle the bright blue sanding sugar on top of each cherry.
- Place the baking sheet in your refrigerator for about 30-45 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
