Delightful cherry bombs soaked in rum and dipped in creamy white chocolate for a fun twist on dessert cocktails.
Ingredients

- 2 Large Jars of Maraschino Cherries (with Stems, 30 – 33 count)
- 1 package of Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 1/2 cup of Malibu Rum
- Bright Blue Sanding Sugar
Instructions
- Drain the maraschino cherries and place them on a paper towel.
- Soak the cherries in a bowl with 1/2 cup of Malibu Rum for at least 2 hours.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe dish in short bursts.
- Dip each rum-soaked cherry into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Sprinkle sanding sugar on each cherry while the chocolate is wet.
- Chill the cherries in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes until chocolate is hardened.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These can be made ahead of time.
