Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  4. Add the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  6. Sour cream into the mixture gently.
  7. Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
  8. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  9. Pour the batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  10. Bake for about 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
