- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Sour cream into the mixture gently.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for about 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, try adding lemon zest or chocolate chips. Frozen blueberries work too!
