- 1/2 cup avocado chunks, fresh or frozen

- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Ice, until desired temperature reached
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by zesting the lemon and squeezing the juice from half.
- Load the blender with almond milk as a base.
- Toss in the blueberries and avocado chunks.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and zest.
- Sprinkle in chia seeds and cinnamon.
- Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the texture by adding more almond milk or ice as needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with whole blueberries or chia seeds.
Notes
You can store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; stir before enjoying for optimal taste.
