Description

A rich, creamy no-bake dessert layered with Biscoff cookies and fluffy filling, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying as a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Biscoff Spread
  • 2 cups Biscoff Cookies
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Filling by combining the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy for around 2 minutes.
  2. Incorporate the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
  3. Add the Biscoff spread to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Dip each Biscoff cookie into the milk to soften briefly.
  5. Layer dipped cookies in a 9×9-inch baking dish, followed by a layer of the creamy filling. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream on top.
  6. Top with Biscoff crumbs and optionally add chocolate shavings or crushed nuts.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

This dessert is even better when made ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
