- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Biscoff Spread
- 2 cups Biscoff Cookies
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Biscoff Crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy Filling by combining the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy for around 2 minutes.
- Incorporate the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
- Add the Biscoff spread to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Dip each Biscoff cookie into the milk to soften briefly.
- Layer dipped cookies in a 9×9-inch baking dish, followed by a layer of the creamy filling. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream on top.
- Top with Biscoff crumbs and optionally add chocolate shavings or crushed nuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
This dessert is even better when made ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
