Instructions

  3. Add the large egg and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Bring the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually, stirring until just combined.
  6. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden, keeping centers soft.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
