Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a loaf pan and spray it with oil.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
- Combine the dry and wet mixtures gently.
- Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
